C4E Benefits and Requirements

The biggest benefit of being a part of the Community for Excellence is the relationship that is established between you and your Scholar Contact. Your Scholar Contact is a staff member at CSU that is here for your success. They will help you in a variety of different areas of college which are outlined below in the Community for Excellence Expeditions information.

Make sure you also check out our Student Resources page!

Community for Excellence Expeditions

This is what all Community for Excellence Students receive at the beginning of every semester as a shared understanding of requirements of being in the program. This model allows for scaffolded learning throughout your time with the Community for Excellence. This also will help you engage in deeper levels of learning for students as they progress through their college careers. We also have Trails programming for students to engage with within their 3rd and 4th+ years within our program. More information on Trails can be found here!
